Estudios Interdisciplinarios de América Latina y el Caribe (EIAL) is a fully open access journal. All articles published in EIAL are freely available online immediately upon publication. Readers may view, download, and share content without any subscription, registration, or payment.

EIAL does not charge authors any fees for submission, peer review, or publication. Authors are not required to pay article processing charges (APCs), page charges, or any other costs at any stage of the editorial process.

Authors retain copyright of their work published in EIAL. By submitting their work, authors grant EIAL the right to publish and distribute the article under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
