Peer Reviewing Process

All manuscripts submitted to Estudios Interdisciplinarios de América Latina y el Caribe (EIAL) are subject to a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the evaluation.

The Editors-in-Chief and the Editorial Board reserve the right to reject submissions prior to peer review if they fall outside the thematic focus of the journal, do not offer a relevant contribution to the field of Latin American and Caribbean studies, or do not comply with the journal’s guidelines for formatting and submission.
